Property Crime – Property crimes are criminal offenses that involve the theft, damage, or destruction of someone else’s property or money without the use or threat of force against a victim. They are generally classified as non-violent offenses because the primary intent is to obtain a benefit or cause property damage rather than to physically harm a person. Common type of property crimes are theft, burglary, cheating, criminal breach of trust and extortion.

White Collar Crime – White-collar crimes are non-violent, financially motivated offences typically committed by professionals, government officials, or business executives in the course of their occupation. Characterised by deceit, concealment, and a violation of trust, these crimes leverage the perpetrator’s high social status and professional access for illicit gain. Common type of white collar crimes are – Corruption, Bribery, Bank Fraud, Money Laundering, Tax Evasion, Cyber Crime, Corporate Fraud & Insider Trading.
Organized Crimes – Organized crime in India refers to ongoing illegal activities carried out by structured groups or syndicates, primarily for monetary gain rather than personal vendettas. These groups use methods like violence, intimidation, and corruption to sustain their operations. Common type of Organized Crimes are Drug Trafficking, Human Trafficking & Smuggling.
