Statutory Compliance: Verifying adherence to local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and ensuring necessary approvals (e.g., Occupancy Certificate) are in place.
Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential legal pitfalls, such as government acquisition risks, and advising clients on how to mitigate them.
Negotiation: Representing the client in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing legal documents to secure favorable terms.
